A simple, stress-free charcuterie board designed for two people, featuring mini cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruits, and crunchy crackers for an intimate and elegant snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3–4 mini Brie wheels
  • 1 cup aged Cheddar cubes
  • 1 small log Goat Cheese
  • 4–6 slices Prosciutto
  • 6–8 slices Salami rounds
  • 1 box Crackers (water crackers or seeded crispbread)
  • 1 cup Fresh Grapes
  • 1 medium Apple (Honeycrisp or Fuji)
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts or Almonds (toasted)
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Jam (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your cheese: Take mini brie wheels out of the fridge to come to room temperature (10-15 minutes). Cut cheddar into cubes. Leave goat cheese whole or slice into rounds. Place cheeses on the board first.
  2. Arrange the meats: Fold prosciutto slices loosely into rosettes or simple folds and place them between cheeses. Fan out or stack salami rounds for visual interest.
  3. Add the fruits: Wash and dry grapes. Slice apple into thin wedges (toss with lemon juice if prepping early). Place grapes in clusters and tuck apple slices into gaps.
  4. Fill the gaps: Sprinkle toasted nuts into empty spaces to add texture and fill out the board. Add olives or pickles if desired.
  5. Add the crunch: Stand crackers upright in a group or fan them out for a dynamic look.
  6. Finish with sweet: Drizzle honey or place a small dish of jam in the center. Taste and adjust as needed.

Notes

Let cheese sit at room temperature for at least 20 minutes before serving for best flavor. Use odd numbers when arranging items for visual appeal. Avoid adding wet ingredients like tomatoes too early to prevent soggy crackers. Assemble just before serving to keep crackers crisp.
