These easy mini charcuterie boards are perfect for game day, offering a personal, no-fuss snack experience. Each board features a balanced mix of salty cured meat, creamy cheese, sweet fruit, and crunchy crackers, all assembled in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Salami (or Pepperoni) – 4 oz
  • Cheddar Cheese (Sharp or Extra Sharp) – 4 oz
  • Red Seedless Grapes – 1 cup
  • Wheat Crackers or Crostini – 1 cup
  • Fig Jam or Honey – 2 tbsp
  • Olives (Optional) – 1/4 cup
  • Nuts (Optional) – 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash and dry grapes. Cut cheddar into ยฝ-inch cubes. Slice salami into thin rounds if needed. Open crackers. Spoon fig jam into a small bowl.
  2. Set up your boards: Place small boards or plates on a clean counter. Arrange them in a row for assembly-line style.
  3. Add the base: Place 4-6 crackers on one side of each board.
  4. Layer the meat: Fold or roll salami slices. Place 2-3 pieces next to the crackers.
  5. Add the cheese: Scatter 4-5 cheddar cubes around the board, near the meat.
  6. Place the fruit: Add a small cluster of 3-4 grapes per board, still attached to a tiny piece of stem.
  7. Finish with the extras: Add a small spoonful of fig jam in a tiny spot on the board. If using, place 2-3 olives and a few almonds or pecans in empty spaces.
  8. Final check: Step back and adjust any pieces that look crowded. Aim for a balanced, abundant look.

Notes

Keep wet and dry ingredients separate to avoid soggy crackers. Serve at room temperature for best flavor. Can be assembled up to an hour ahead; add crackers just before serving.
