An effortless, no-cook autumnal charcuterie board featuring crisp pears, sharp cheddar, creamy goat cheese, cured meats, and a drizzle of honey. Perfect for last-minute gatherings or cozy fall evenings.

Ingredients

  • Crusty Baguette or Artisan Crackers (sliced)
  • Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
  • Walnuts or Pecans (roughly chopped, toasted)
  • Aged Cheddar Cheese (cut into cubes or thick slices)
  • Goat Cheese Log (soft and creamy)
  • Prosciutto or Salami (folded or rolled)
  • Bosc or Anjou Pears (thinly sliced)
  • Raw Honey (for drizzling)
  • Fresh Thyme Sprigs (for garnish)
  • Flaky Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry pears, remove cores, and slice into thin, uniform wedges. Set aside.
  2. Cut aged cheddar into cubes or thick slices. Let goat cheese sit out for 10 minutes if very soft to make it easier to handle.
  3. Arrange cheese clusters on the board, leaving space for other items.
  4. Fold prosciutto or salami into loose rosettes or drape them over the edge of the board to add height.
  5. Place baguette slices or crackers on the board. Sprinkle toasted walnuts/pecans and pumpkin seeds around the board to fill gaps.
  6. Drizzle raw honey generously over the cheeses, pears, and meats.
  7. Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the honey.
  8. Tuck fresh thyme sprigs into the board for color and aroma.
  9. Serve at room temperature for best flavor.

Notes

Assemble the board 30 minutes before serving to allow cheeses to reach room temperature. Keep wet ingredients like honey separate until serving if the board will sit out for a long time to prevent soggy crackers. Use firm pears like Bosc or Anjou to prevent browning and mushiness.
